Buses to Waterparks

Do they run all day from the resorts (CSR in particular)? I was reading an older guidebook that said they only ran in the mornings and late afternoons?

Yes the buses will run throughout the day to the water parks. Generally you can get a bus an hour or so before the park opens, and for an hour or 2 after the park closes. This applies to the water parks as well as the "main" parks.
