Buses between parks

Since AK generally closes before the rest of the parks, can you still take a bus back from MK after it closes to the AK parking lot? For example, if we park at AK in the morning and head over to MK at 4, can we then take a bus from MK back to AK at 10, even though AK is closed?

Most likely not. I would plan on moving your car if the park is going to be closed.

While not officially, it can be done.

What you need to do is get on the AKL bus, once at AKL ask (nicely) the driver if he can take you to AK. He will need to get permission to do so, but that is almost always given under the "Guest Recovery" service.

I have dropped guests off at AK several times after hours. You will be dropped off at loadzone 11.

It's always best to park your car at the park that you will be going to last that day and take disney transportation to your first park of the day.
