Buses back to resorts after 5K

Hey everyone,

I'm running the Epcot 5K in January, and was wondering if anyone was familiar with the bus schedule back to the resorts when it's over. How often do buses run from the 5K back to the resorts?

Busses will run fairly frequently from the 5K finish back to the resorts. They will be located over past the finish line...not the usual Epcot bus stop. All of the marathon weekend has its own separate transportation, with busses carrying placards in the front windows to tell you where you are going.

Most of the DIS runners post in the "WISH" section of the DISBoards, under the subheading of "Events and Competition", if you'd like to join us there!

Fellow 5K runner here. Glad you asked the question since I don't want to be trying to figure this out Friday morning. Wish the back entrance to Epcot was open for the Epcot Resorts - would make it much easier for us since we are at the BC and have someone running each morning. This will be my first
5K, DH is doing half marathon, and DD is doing her first full marathon. She and a friend are doing it and even have running tutus - DD will be Snow White and her friend is going to be Minnie Mouse. We are really looking forward to the whole weekend - should be fun.

We did the kids races before the ToT 10 mile and the buses were very efficient. I was very impressed it was a well oiled machine. They were also nice coaches not regular Disney buses.
