Bus to MK after Chef Mickey's dinner

Hello All Just wondering if any one has left their cars at the Contemp. while in the MK?
We will be having dinner there then heading into MVMCP wondering if we can just leave the
car there??? ( we are staying off-property)? Thanks for any help.. Michelle

They have been issuing three hour perking permits for people to park at the resort--have dinner, do shopping, etc.

As mentioned, Disney is strongly discouraging people from parking at a MK resort and then going to the MK. Their guests who are actually staying at the resort are finding parking to be a problem because of this practice. Based on last year, I'm quite sure Disney will again be actively monitoring the cars that enter the Contemporary the night of MVMCP. If you do decide to park there, be sure to make a PS and bring your confirmation number - the guards will most likely have a list.

Since you are staying off-site and eating prior to the MVMCP, why not park in the MK lot and take the monorail to the Contemporary? You could still walk over to the MK for the party and then afterwards, return to your car in the MK lot. Even though I do not think your car will be towed, it would be the courteous thing to do.
