You had mentioned that you can request a room location that would be the 1rst or last bus stop? Will be depending solely on WD transportation and am scared of the wait (3 DD)
Which would be the last stop? How long is the ride to the parks from CBR? Any hints on avoiding long rides?

Can't answer you specific questions. However, try asking on the transportation board. They should be able to help.

Caribbean Beach has seven different bus stops, and three different start points. Buses are dispatched by demand to different locations. I really wouldn't worry about location... Transportation from CBR is usually fairly good, and the bus rides are not long at all.
