Bus service from WDW/DD???

Does anybody know if there is ANY kind of bus service from ANYWHERE at Disney to Universal? How about from any of the Downtown Disney resorts? If so, how frequent do these shuttles run?

Mears transporation runs their vans for about $12 a person. You can call them and tell them when you want to go.
