Bunkbeds Wilderness lodge Nature view

We booked our vacation for Dec 5 to 12, 2020 and I wanted to book the Nature View with bunk beds. We did booked the Nature View but the bunk beds are unavailable and what is the best way to get them when the time comes? It seems far a way but I can't seem to get them. Thanks!
