Bump out verandas, The Wish

Hi! I’m looking to book 8626 for a family cruise next May, as I love the big veranda. What were your feelings being so close to the elevators? Also, do you face the island in this room when you dock or the ocean (just curious)? Did you have a ton of noise on this level? This is our first family cruise EVER! So, we have new to everything!

typically if you are starboard side (right side) you'll face the island at Castaway. port side faces the "dock".

We just got off the WIsh last Monday. We had 8626 and 8624, family verandah rooms. We were at the widest point of the aft bump out and had nice large verandahs. Standing at the rail I could tell that the ones to the right - and to the left - were not as wide as our Two. .

We are looking at 8624 on the treasure for next year. It will be the same as the wish so I was wondering if you liked it? Did it sleep 4 or did it have the Murphy bed as well? Thanks!
