its very difficult to find friends and no one chats much on there. It's cute but on the lines of webkinz and club penguin. I can tell you one thing they did right - they suck you right back into the stores to get codes for special appearances/previews of new areas and for special prizes. You have to make a purchase to get these codes or passes each time. (i.E. Hannah Montana special preview of her 3D movie and a virtual guitar or Lucas from HSM meet him, get a special prize and and get first look at new area sunshine shores.)

If you read about Shea and her dog on there, she has the same disease as princess (SMA) but not as severe. Her book is cute- Marvelous Mercer!

I Am Sure Once It Gets Out Of Its Beta Stage it will let you change eyes,face and so on.
