Buffet Tribulations

Hey Folks!

Okay, my question is about buffets. If a restaraunt lists a lunch buffet until a certain time, is that the last time for a PS? The time when the buffet shuts down?

Here's a specific example (that applies to my situation). Crystal Palace has a lunch buffet from 11:30-2:45. Dinner, I believe, starts at 4:30. If I make a PS for 2:30, how long do I have to eat? Also, if something runs out on the buffet this late in the game, will they replenish it? Do items around this time tend to get stale/cold? ALSO (This is a biggie), when do the characters stop their rotations? Say we have plenty of time to eat, have a PS for 2:30, but we don't get seated till 2:45. Do the characters stop at 2:45? Are we just out of luck?

Thanks for your help on this potentially confusing topic. (We have two buffets planned: Crystal Palace is a maybe, and Fort Wilderness Lunch Buffet is a MOST LIKELY, so any comments on this are also welcome!)

We always make ps for as late in the lunch seating as we can for the CP.
The food does not run out or get stale,ect. and the characters are on the job untill the last guest leaves.
In fact we have gotten more attention from the charaters as the dining room emptys.
We have never felt rushed.
They will shut down one side of the buffet close to switch over time.That has never been a problem for us.
Same food on both sides.
