Buffet at Animal Kingdom?

Does anyone know if there is an all-you-can-eat buffet at Animal Kingdom? Also, if there is one, is it good? We are looking for a buffet at Animal Kingdom that would satisfy teenage boys.

Hi there... do you mean Animal Kingdom the park? or animal kingdom lodge - the hotel?

At the park there is a large counter service restaurant , there is also the rainforest cafe, the flame tree BBQ, a pizza place... no buffet that I know of.

At animal kingdom lodge there is a wonderful buffet at Boma

Animal Kingdom -the park- has Donald's Breakfastasourus. It's our (2 Adults) favprote character breakfast. There is plenty of good food, that fills us up for the better part of the day. We usually just have a light snacks the rest of the day.

We get the earliest PS available (8:10) and are usually finished with our meal right around 9am(park opening) and head right to Dinasour for our first ride of the day.

As far as teen age boys liking it... My 19,17, & 11 year old nephews had a good time. The characters didn't treat them like 3 year olds, and the CM also interact, they provide a ton of comedy releif. We still talk about what a riot or CM was!!

I've not had breakfast at AKL but we have had dinner. It was an exceptional meal, but pricy somewhere in the $22-24 dollar range.

I don't think the AK has a buffet, but they do have Flame Tree BBQ which is my favorite for lunch.

If you want the closest Buffet, and the best buffet on property, take the AKL bus (short ride) and go to Boma. While you are there take in the resort and visit the savannahs. I recommend PS.
