Buena Vista Suites, Seralago, or Residence Inn?

Which of the following three hotels would you reccommend for two adults and two girls ages 5 and 7? We'll be in Orlando March 20 - 24, and plan to visit MK, AK, and Seaworld. We also plan to take an afternoon break from the park and go back to the hotel to rest so the distance/traffic between hotel and parks is a consideration. All three hotels offer free breakfast, suites, and pool (heated?). I think the kid's suite at Seralago would be fun for the girls but if the hotel is run-down or tacky, I would not be happy with it.

Seralago (used to be Holiday Inn Family Suites)
Residence Inn - LBV

I'm pretty sure the Seralago used to be the HI Maingate East next to Old Town on 192. HIFS is on International Dr and is under rehab to change over to Nickelodean (sp?) suites. Didn;t wnat you to think you were getting a nicer place.

The Seralago used to be HI Maingate East, not HIFS. All these hotel names are confusing!
