Does it really take 8 weeks to get? I feel like if my wedding is in 3 months I should get it a little quicker than if I had 6 months. Is it something where they say it could take 8 weeks but really only take 2 weeks? Just wondering.

I think it depends on how busy your planner is. When I went for my planning session, my planner said I would receive mine in 2 - 3 weeks. However, he was out of the office alot doing planning sessions and weddings and had quite a few budgets to do. I received mine in five weeks.

I'm with you... by the time we have our PS, we'll be at around 3 months till the wedding. If they take 2 of those months to get our BEO to us, and then we have to do the 'back and forth' dance of stripping away the extras till we get it on budget... Well... that'll be stressful.

I'm sure they have a way of handling it so you're not totally left in the lurch. Mostly, I'm going to be asking prices of everything so hopefully we can have a rough idea of the cost when we leave the PS.

Well I had an escape and I got my floral proposal quick and my BEO quick...like 2 weeks maybe even less...

Is it different for a wishes wedding?

Yes, Lynn, it was different for me. My planner was quite busy too and I got my BEO 5 weeks after my planning session but I still had three full months before my Wishes VR.
