Will Budget bring the car to you at your Disney hotel if your rental begins mid vacation? We are renting from the Downtown Disney location and would like to know if they'll bring our rental to our resort (POR).

No, they do not deliver cars. They may pick you up and bring you to the rental office, you would have to call and find that out.
