Budget Question/Plea for help

I just joined Fastbreak and am trying to reserve a mini-van with Budget. However, I'm not sure if I choose the "pay at the counter" option or the "pay online" option. I had always thought that it was smarter not to pay in advance, which it appears that you do with the "Pay online" option. Most important for me is avoiding the counter and the pushy sales people, which is why I joined Fastbreak. Help please!

i think the only reason you would want to pay online is if it saves you more money. If you are a Fastbreak member, you don't have to go to the counter at all. You can go directly to the kiosk in the garage, across from the rental areas. Everything goes on your credit card AFTER you return the car, so they can make any adjustments needed (like gas or coupons). You shouldn't need to show up at the counter for anything since they already have your credit card info to charge your account. When they say "pay at counter", I think it just means pay at the time of rental and not ahead of time. I hope that answers your question.
