Budget have free shuttle? & onboard credits?

We're renting budget from Orlando to Port Canaveral. Are there any Shuttles from the Budget car rental drop-off in Port Canaveral? It's about 1 mile from the port. Also, I am receiving a $250 onboard credit from AMEX white glove package. Am I able to combine this with other credits like the post card $50? Someone told me yes, and another person said no?! Any assistance is helpful. Have they posted any excursions for the 7-night W.C.C. yet?

Yes, Budget has a free shuttle to their Cape Canaveral terminal that's just a few blocks down from Avis. However, folks who have used them have reported that they don't have enough staff to properly process the rush of customers who come in on the boat, and they don't always clean the cars between customers.
