Budget - Fastbreak?

Is anyone familiar with Budget's "Fastbreak" service? Is it available at MCO? Do you still have to stop at the counter? Thanks for any info!

Go directly to the garage across the street, there is a kiosk there you go to. Do not stop at the counters in the terminal. That is of course as long as you booked it through FastBreak.
