Love the start, Rosie. Photobucket, like the DIS a month or so ago, has been acting up here and there. I'd wait and try again tomorrow...it seems if you ignore it for awhile, it gets better.

I can bring up my existing pix but when I try to upload it wont do it !! I can't even get the pix up from the media card , I just get a message saying it has failed ?????

Rosie, I had issues with PB yesterday too! To the point where I just couldn't deal with it any longer. Hope it is going to work again today!

Rosie, I had issues with PB yesterday too! To the point where I just couldn't deal with it any longer. Hope it is going to work again today!

Tomorrow I will try on Steph,s laptop as tonight I couldn't even get the pix to load without PB so it could be my laptop !!I will also enlist Phil's help!!

The Trip up there was smooth and no major hold ups
As the hotel rooms were not ready we picked up our Blue Suede passes and then headed down to the Boats and were gonna pick up our cruise tickets and shop , when we spotted the Carriage ride and not wanting to not find it again like last year decided to go for it !!( Pix would be HERE

I went first with 4 of the guys , our horse was named BILL and the driver HUNTER!!Bill appeared to have a constipation problem and stopped a few times to try to work out his problem Unsuccessfully for our trip I did try to get a pix of his efforts but he put his tail down each time before I could snap it
Next up was Carol and the other 4 !! For Carol Bill was able to relief himself See Elvis' Hit on her and Horses well you can figure out the rhyme !!!

We then headed to The Adirondack Bar& Grill Where we had eaten twice before and LOVED !!Not this time the prices were much hugher and the food was not to good , Carol and I had a seafood dish that the scallops were rubbery and weird tasting , the crabcakes that another had looked burnt . ( Yes I have pix )

The bill was $297( including tip which was added automatically ) Then the problem occured , Carols card was declined Now she knew she had lots of money in there so she asked them to try again.... DECLINED . Mystified we paid cash , she was apply to check the balance thru her phone and yes all the money was there The next day she was able to get hold of her bank annnnd , their expalanation "Oh that must have been while we were updating the system " Apparnetly the time varies according to when the last teller closes out for the day Has anyone else experienced this ?? None of the other escorts had ever had that happen .We are wondering now if all the banks do that????

Poor Carol! I haven't heard of that happening from an "update" status, that sounds VERY sketchy to me but it has happened while traveling if they see a bunch from another state and I've not given them a travel alert.

Bummer that the quality of the food went down and the prices up, not the right direction.

I am soo bummed that I can't load pix onto PB
On the CapeCod Front Today I called several hotels in the area to check on Gluten Free menus and BINGO all but 1 said YES!!!!! Just let them know when we order and it will be fine
I also checked the Plimoth Plantation , it sounds really interesting .. except the have animals there and we have 1 who will RUN if she sees a stray animal , this is gonna be interesting
I will be trying PB from Steph's laptop tonight , if I get home in time !!!!

Great News I have some if not all the pix , so far the horse (Bill) is not up or he could be on the other memory card and I am not about to ask Steph to load any more

So I will continue from the Carriage ride to some pix of our FIRST Supper

This was my supper it was stffed tilapia, shrimp and rubbery scallops , with garlic mashed potatoes .

This was a shrimp pasta which looked pretty good

I thought these beer taps were pretty neat

The Crab cake looks burnt

After Supper and the Credit Card fiasco , we headed to Shepherds' Park and the Opening Ceremonies . They have some great Impersonators , including of course Elvis, and Tom Jones , Rod Stewart and James Brown !!

The guys soon found an Elvis

They found a seat and enjoyed the concert

After that we headed to the Hotel and BED it had been a Long Day !!!
