Bubba and Tink Final Update 11/23

They are enjoying the Cape - how could they not, it is so beautiful there!

We know Rosie cannot be on a trip without a little drama...

One of the ladies with them is deaf, so of course uses sign language - well, she was having a bit of trouble in her seat in the back of the bus.... Carol (driver), who can sign, asked Rosie, who does not (got that??) to sign to the lady having trouble to help her...well...Rosie tried, but Carol said her attempt at signing looked more like an ax murderer...:scared1: Oh, Rosie, Rosie...what mischief will we hear about next?

Oh... and one of their ladies is very fearful of any kind of animal, fortunately they were successful at Plymouth Plantation yesterday and no animal run ins....until they were on the way to the restaurant (I think) and a little dog ran around the corner...

....today they are going Whale Watching! Hope she calls with an update after that adventure. :rolleyes1

Tonight they have a Sunset Dune Buggy Ride - sounds like fun!

Carol also said something about a wooden spoon:rotfl:, but the phone was breaking up and I missed that :confused3 ...will ask next time!

That's all for now folks!!:thumbsup2

Christine you did very well !! I will be uploading pix this week but thought I would give you a few pixless HiLights !! There actually aren't any pix of many of them as we were too busy avoiding leashed dogs :rotfl2:
As you may remember , we were prewarned about the Traveller who "Doesn't like Stray animals " I had asked about farm animals and received a "Not sure: Oh great me thinks we are going to Plimoth Plantation that has domestic animals :scared1: We went ahead and went , being careful to avoid The Nye Barn, which we guessed would be where these domestic animals would be and prayed that none were wondering around in other parts:rotfl2: Feeling full of our success at this we enjoyed a leisurely supper and then headed back to Hyannis, wheree the plan was to do some shopping , as we rounded a corner .....Out of a shop runs a STRAY dog :scared1::scared1:It took some doing but we calmed her and then very gingerley continued , only to encounter a dog on a leash AND she freaked again !! I thought it was Stray dogs :rotfl2:
So shopping was curtailed and we wnt back for the night !!

The next morning we head for Provincetown and the Whale Watch . now Provincetown has a record number of leashed dogs :scared1:::scared1: By now we are becoming adept at dog watching, :rotfl2:Carol put me in charge as she said I could sniff them babies out better than her :rotfl2: Now remmber this lady is a deaf mute :rotfl2:So you can't say "It's Okay they wont hurt you":rotfl2:Which leaves us with plan B. Spin her around like a top and point at anything to distract her while the other blocks the LEASHED dog !!!:rotfl2:I am surprised in that 1/2 hour before we went to the pier she didn;t get nauseous from all the spinning !! Sitting on the pier awaiting the much prayed for boarding , we encountered dozen mor of these leashed nightmares . Finally they board us and Carol and I give a HUGE sigh of relief , we find ourselves seats and I had the forethought to put herr at a table seat and blocked in .
Are ya ready for this ... they brought these leashed nightmares on board :scared1::rotfl2::rotfl2:I quickly blocked the view intil Carol arrived and then I explained the :scared1::scared1: situation to 2 of the staff who were our Knights in Shining Armor , they redirected all leashed :scared1::scared1:away from our area :thumbsup2

Do ya' smell a Best Seller !!!!:rotfl2

Now I have the most amazing "Happening " to report ,......
In Provincetown we went to eat at FANNIZZI's which I had picked out and after asking for directions from the Bathroom attendant and being told how awesome it was we were excitied , so after navigating those narrow streets:scared1: we arrived were seated and quickly attended too, drinks were ordered and our meals , and I started chatting to the guys asking if they were having fun yet to which they all loudly siad YES. I then asked each of them what they liked the most , I noticed our waitress at the table next to us and Carol and I thought the guy was complaining , weeeelllll he wasn't after he left our waitress told us he had paid our entire bill:love::cloud9::hug:and said to tell us it was from our Guardian Angel. Can you believe it we were in total shock as was the entire wait staff . It was an incredible kind thing to do :love::cloud9:

Wow Rosie, that is so wonderful of this anonymous gentleman to show such heartfelt love for his fellow man (and woman)! What a blessing to know there are still special people in this world to think of others in such a kind and generous way! :goodvibes
