What would you say in your request, to be located in the red circled area, here at BRV?

Those are referred to as lake or pool view. You want to avoid woods view.

Lake view works. If you actually WANT a lake view, 2nd floor is very blocked, 3rd floor OK, 4th and 5th best - though 5th floor balconies are partially closed and dark/small.

The balconies on the 5th floor facing the lake are open. We just stayed in one last month.





There is only one lock-off combo facing the lake that has enclosed balconies, and it is in the rotunda area (in red oval). The rest, in yellow, are identical to the unit we stayed in.



There are 2 more that have enclosed balconies, but they do not face the lake.

We have had the best luck with the 4th floor, asking for an odd-numbered lake view room. We were in a fifth-floor unit a few years back (one-bedroom) and you needed to be standing to see the view (I did anyway! ) from the balcony. Last year we were in an even-numbered one-bedroom unit despite requesting a lake view. It was September and the renovation was ramping up at that time, so we weren’t really surprised.

Thank you ! Do you know which 5th floor rooms (or which 5th floor 1 bedrooms) do not have the Murphy bed?

I am in that area even numbered so woods view. It’s not terrible! Will try again next year for lake side.
