Brunch Reception

We are doing a brunch reception and I would like to know how the menu options work. We are waiting to get our contract back now.

What are the steps once we get the contract?

Your planner will send you standard brunch menus to start with. You can pick and choose from the menus to customize them or make requests for just about anything else, like a dish from your favorite Disney restaurant or a variation on a family recipe. Your planner will then consult with the catering team to see if your requests can be met and how much they will cost.
