MeMom, I finally figured out how to make a DVD so it'll play in my DVD player and not just on the computer! I now have my Feb 2009 Disney tapes on DVD

And my DVD for Spanish worked too. But I was in the bathroom when ours played. I didn't have to watch myself on TV . I swear I didn't plan it like that No really I didn't. I didn't know ours was next and I went to the bathroom and when I came back my friend said I missed mine. I just said "Oh well" but on the inside I was like this:

Well, It sounds like she'll make it on at least some! She was standing right next to the guy announcing the acts as they came on. She also thinks she made it on during the Chris Allen song. She even made it up on the stage at some point - and managed to get me on the phone talking to the Disney guy who entertained the crowd in between taping! Talk about putting someone on the spot! Anyway apparently she had a few hundred people doing the Gator chomp while I was on the phone with him...oh man, do I owe her big time Her phone died about an hour ago so I don't get to hear the rest of the days events until she gets home - I can't wait!

We were able to get the kids some more school clothes today - two uniforms each, socks, and belts.

They are two classics.

I probably would have done the same thing - planned a little bathroom break at the exact right time. I'm glad it's over, and I'm sure you got an A on your project.

He sent a couple of pictures from Pop this morning and then a few from Hollywood Studios. He said he was rooked into a Streetmosphere show. Imagine that!

He didn't end up meeting up with nowellsl's daughter, but he was hoping to find Heather and Kristen somewhere. If you hear from them, tell them to try to hook up with him. He left 30's and rain here and he's down there in 70's and sunshine! Bum!

Has he been putting the pictures on Facebook today? I'm just getting in, so I haven't checked.

I have shed a few tears, too. I think I just needed a good cry that second night. Since then, it's been full speed ahead in getting things to help them out. I called the church to see about getting some food or a gift card. I was told I could get both. When I picked up the card, I expected it to be for about $50. It was for $250!!! I literally said 'Wow!' out loud!

I am sleeping normally abnormal again now.
If I ever make it to 4 something, it's a miracle.
I seem to be stuck in the 3 something zone.
I guess that's better than 2 something.

Trent sent me phone pictures all day yesterday. I saw Mickey and Minnie topiaries, Spaceship Earth, Hippy Dippy pool area, High School Musical, some Christmas trees, etc. He said the weather is great, but today it is supposed to be a little cooler and rain.

Sleep and I just aren't the best of friends. I want to be friends with it, but it doesn't want to be friends with me. (Is there a puckering lip smiley?) I would love to sleep until eight or nine o'clock on a Saturday morning and just catch up from the week, but no, I am at Walmart at 5:30 doing my grocery shopping before the crowds get going.

It pays to ask when there is a need. If people can't help, that's okay, but sometimes people are looking to help and just need to know where to do it. The money was from one of the Sunday School classes, and it was happily received.

Jim Shore is going to be at Disney next weekend so she's saving it to buy my Christmas present so we can have him sign it! Unfortunately they won't let you bring one of his figures you already have, so we'll have to get a new one. It's a sacrifice, but we'll manage somehow.
