That Brooklynn is something else.
I just got off the phone with Jill as she was driving to work. She saw a turtle in the road and said, "Oh, Mr. Turtle, don't let me run over you," as she was talking to me. Brooklynn heard her and wanted to see the turtle. Jill told her they had already passed him. I heard Brooklynn say, "Did we run over him?" Jill assured her their travel had not caused Mr. Turtle's demise.
what great news about a later and cheaper flight

the
pixie dust is already starting for ou guys
I hope it keeps up for a great room at Wilderness Lodge. Trent is looking forward to some balcony time when he gets up in the mornings and late in the evenings.
Just wanted to let everyone know that today was the official start of the "one month from this moment I will be ..." Started at 6:00 this morning when I thought to myself "One month from this moment we will be getting ready to board our plane." to right now while I'm thinking "one month from right now I will be dead asleep in a room at Pop!" What a fun game to play!
Brooklynn and Bella als0o got a postcard today from Mickey and friends! You should have seen her face when she checked the mail with me. Ever since CP sent her one on her trip she has walked to the mailbox every day expecting more. Thanks to those of you who have sent her postcards while oon your trip it absolutely makes her beside herself with excitement!
And I get to play for real this time!!!
Isn't that so fun to be able to do that from here on out??? I can't believe you are only a month away! It will fly by!

That's adorable!
With church camp preparation and my class, I have a lot to get done, so I know it will. Brooklynn has two birthday parties this weekend, and then they are going to KY one weekend, and with Jill back at work, I know their time will fly, too!
that's so cute!
and brooklynn telling bella that dumo is fun is just sooooo sweet!
i can't wait to see the pictures!
awesome about the flight deal!
We'll probably put a Dumbo picture up from Disney World to let you know for sure that that mission of happiness has been accomplished.
Oh, I love the "one month until..." game - and it's even better when you are saying "one week"! That will be here before you even know it.
Major score on the flight!!!
Sounds good - I'll try to get that done tonight, or tomorrow. I'll post a link over here when I get to it. I like the idea of taking shifts. How early do you think we are going to have to be? How early did you go for the 4th of July?
I hope your busy week goes alright!
Aw, too bad we will miss each other! BUT YAY on NYE!

It will be fun to see our little guys play together with Brooklynn and Bella!
When I'm playing the 'one week' game, I'll be in the thick of church camp, so I will know for sure that it is just about time, and that time will zoom by!
Well, for the Fourth of July fireworks we were there probably three hours early, but that was just to walk around the Poly, get something to eat, etc. Let's just plan on us going to stake out a place for our group maybe three hours early, and then the rest of you guys can come as you are ready. When some of you get there to man the blankets, then I/we can roam around a little and get a restroom break before we come back to socialize and watch the festivities.
How does that sound? Will there be a regular Wishes that night, I wonder? If so, we'll just get there to watch that and save our place for the rest of the night.
I am behind! Glad that the first week back to work went well. I love the pics from the calendar and think it is fun that Brooklynn loves her mail! We had fun sending our postcards out!
Jill said her face totally lit up when she saw her card. She told Jill to "say it to me", meaning read it for her.
Good morning all one month form this moment I will probably be as exhausted as I am right now! A full week of work with VBS at night is probably equal to being at the airport at 4:30, wrangling two small children through the traveling and then spending teh rest of the day at Disney! Only one more day of work for this week and they decided to cancel tonight's VBS session so last night was the end. Brooklynn and Bella both got certificates and t-shirts for having perfect attendance.
On to the picture of the day! We are officially in the 20's (barely but we are there) 29 days to go! Today's picture is Brooklynn attempting to hula hoop in the lobby of Pop Century while I was checking in for our October trip last year.
Have a great Friday everyone! I am going to try to catch up on everyone's reports this weekend. I've just been glancing at them and haven't had time to post.
I guess one month from now we might be in Fantasyland, if we're doing rope drop on our first full day. I don't know that we've finalized much other than arrival day and the 30th/Four Parks Day, but I'm figuring we'll do a Magic Kingdom morning for Brooklynn and Bella right away.
Woo hoo for 29 days!!!
More Hula Hooping is just a few weeks away!
Somebody needs to find us a hula hooping smilie!
