I imagine those big-headed creatures can be a little intimidating to some little ones. Brooklynn has done better with dressed characters than she has with face characters. She wasn't too sure at first about being face to face with the princesses.
Cute pic with Meeko. Our best character interaction was with Stitch, he was so funny. He wouldn't give the pen back, and then after he signed my daughter's book he threw it on the ground. He was so funny. He was stealing a bag of Doritos out of the ladys purse that was in front of us. It's so much fun when they "act up"
It does make it fun when they interact. Good memories and good pictures, too!
Good morning all! We only have 30 days to go!!!! OUr picture today is pretty self explanatory. Morning EMH @ MK + Brooklynn = DUMBO!!!! She is very excited to share this ride with Bella. She keeps saying the will hold her very tight and tell her "It's okay Bella. Dumbo is fun!" So sweet!

I'm glad Owen woke up, and I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures of that day. We have an Owen in our family now, by the way. If you saw Hollie in our Disney Day party, she's the mom of Owen, who was born a few weeks after Bella.

Great news on the flights. More money to spend at Disney! Always a good thing. I am really enjoying the countdown pictures. I am going to make one for my Mom using your idea. We are planning on surprising the boys with a quick 4 day trip in October. I can't make a calender for that trip for us but it doesn't seem right not to have one. I will give it to my Mom and hope she hides it when the kids go over.

All of those pictures I took of our time at POR and I have nothing that looks like the one above. That's what I love about reading TRs on the Dis - so many different perspectives. I LOVE your picture of the wheel (and am a teeny bit jealous that I didn't take one like it)!!

The picture of you all on Dumbo is adorable! I have quite the Dumbo story from our trip but it was on our next to last day so probably won't be writing about it until September or so........

Lovely Dumbo picture! We've never ridden (even when we took DD at 13 months) but think we'll have to make a dash for it after rope drop one morning on the trip we're hoping to do next year.

If you want to ride it without a line, you do need to go first thing. Your daughter will love it, and it makes a very cute picture.

Our September trip is 9/13 - 9/19. It looks like we'll be missing each other by a week.
I would've loved to have been able to meet up... especially since our boys are the same age! Jake turns 2 years old on September 23!
Looks like our NYE meet is growing! It will be fun to have all the little DISers together, too!
