Sorry if this was already talked about....As my wife and I and 3 year old son are considering purchasing dvc through ssr I am curious of what do brokers charge to sell dvc if you choose to

also we are young around 29 and love the concept just wanted to no if we seem like good idea wanted to no how easy everything was and is it a good investment

Ty - I am not absolutely certain, but I believe the commission to a broker for selling points would be approximately 10%.

There is no cost to the buyer for buying resale however.

Please don't ever consider buying a timeshare as an investment. It may be a wonderful investment in your family, however, there is always the potential that you may not recoup your money if you choose to sell in the future.
