For those asking who Brittney Murphey is....I know someone already listed, but maybe a little more wordy discription would help some.
yes, she's the girl from the MNM movie
She was the 'ugly' girl in the 90s movie Clueless
She played opposide Ashton Kutcher in 'Just married' (the commercials had them squeezing into a tiny little Euro car) and she dated him for a while too IRL.
Most recently she did 'Uptown girl' a family drama w/commercials of her being bosed around by a snotty school aged rich child in NYC.
Anyways. As far as tink talking and Brittney supplying the voice. Being the mom of 5 and 7YO DD, the target demographic, I'm okay with tink talking (I think she can only be understood by the other fairies???). If well done, I'm sure my DDs will enjoy the books and cartoons. We'll have to give one of the books a try this summer.
As far as Brittneys voice. I think she is *perfect*. I can TOTALLY hear her voice 'being' tinkerbell. Similar to the luann (her King of the Hill character) voice, but a little less 'whine' and a little more pep. Perfect. Not that I want to see her interviewed on the next 'Mikes super short show', but I think her voice is a perfect fit.
