Brita versus Culligan water bottle filters

I just wanted to report that I just bought the "Brita Fill and Go" from the CVS near my house. The box is small, blue, and has 2 filters in it. With tax it cost $8.92. I believe that's more than you can find them online, but with my trip comming up, I didn't want something to go wrong and not get them in time. It fits the one generic water bottle I have here. Hopefully it will fit others as well.

So thanks to everyone for your help!

I tried CVS and other places before I got my purewater2go bottles, I couldnt find them anywhere!! Maybe they are only selling them in select areas. www.purewater2go.com seems to be the only people selling them to everybody.

I purchased 4 culligan water bottles w/filters on ebay for $19.00 (including shipping). I am very anxious to try them!

I had a brita bottle I got a while back on Ebay. It worked well, but it was always hard to find replacements and get more of them.

I recommend ordering purewater2go because you can get them directly from the company. I just got mine in last week, and I love them!! They have a pretty good deal with a family pack right now where you get a free bottle. I got the 27oz bottles because they are bigger.

I agree with ya there! I'm glad purewater2go is around.

Do you have one of those purewater2go biological bottles? I called them today and talked to them about it. They are very nice on the phone. my oldest son and husband like to go camping a lot, and I was thinking that would be great for them! It filters lake a stream water.

I got one for my husband a while back. he goes traveling a lot. He swears by it. I'm going to order some for my 2 sons, they go camping a lot, and it would be perfect for that.

On a side note, I called purewater2go and asked them about doing a family pack for the bio bottles. They said they did not do that. So I guess I will just order them individually. There's prolly just not enough people that need the Biological bottles.

I totally agree! I cant tell you how many times I have to repeat myself for somebody talking to me from INDIA!! I love talking to an american on the phone!!
