Hi everybody! I am not on this cruise but will be taking the Magic over to the Med. I was boarded and reading a few of your comments yesterday and noticed that a couple of you got a letter. None of us have gotten anything so I was wondering if it had anything to do with the cruise. If you don't mind and it pertains to the cruise could you please share with us? THANKS!

Will share - if I EVER get the letter -- hopefully - someone who gets one can scan it in and post it.

WTG Jennifer -- and remember those of us with verandahs will share :goodvibes

Knock me other with a feather.

The gentlemen I was dealing with at Eurorail left - and a new person (very nice on the phone) called me - gave her the revised figures - and will have the info on how to reserve - what deposits we need etc. :thumbsup2

:goodvibes WELL - we passed another Friday

Today was a day from --- :badpc: :crazy2: Moving day - I held out and was very stubborn and got my window seat :cool1: Then - since I was running around crazy - get all the PC's switch - lost all my speed dial numbers :sad2: Still have more stuff to do on Monday .. but have the weekend to relax.

Best of all - on Sunday - get to see Mary Poppins with the Fools - :cheer2:

Sorry you had a bad day. Enjoy Mary Poppins with the fools. I'll be giving flu shots (the things I have to do to pay for this cruise :guilty: )

:) I got my flu shot a couple of weeks ago at the Dr.

Monday should be a fun day -- one new employee starting - free bagels for breakfast - and more scanners to realign (none of them likes the move - 15 units to align).

More money for the cruise is a good thing :thumbsup2

Look for us on the Times Square web camera :teeth:

I see you! Enjoy the show!

Yup saw the pics -- The show was awesome -- very well done - esp. Step in Time -- the actor playing Bert was totally amazing ....

Thanks Janet. How are you feeling?

My chest is so congested!

But the Good News, I slept for 10 hours each night! Big difference from an average of 3 - 4 per night the last 2 weeks!

Can't wait for the meds to work out of my system though! I hate walking around in a fog! :rotfl: :rotfl:

:grouphug: Feel better Janet -

Now we know why you were in your PJ's for the web cam shot :rotfl2:

...where it belongs!
TGIF!
It's the weekend, my boss will be out next week, and I leave for WDW in 5 days!!

Hi everyone,
I was looking at flights to Barcelona, and found this. How does it compare to what you all have been getting? Thanks for any responses!

Outbound Flight

Fri, Aug 17
5:40pm Depart - New York-Kennedy, NY (JFK) Aer Lingus 104 Adult Fare Rules

Sat, Aug 18
5:10am Arrive - Dublin, Ireland (DUB) Nonstop
Flight time: 6 hrs 30 min

Connection Time: 2 hrs 10 min

Base Fare (2 adults) = $ 1012.00
Taxes and Fees = $ 89.20

Total Price = $ 1101.20 (550.60 Average per person)

Sat, Aug 18
7:20am Depart - Dublin, Ireland (DUB) Aer Lingus 562 Adult Fare Rules

10:40am Arrive - Barcelona, Spain (BCN) Nonstop
Flight time: 2 hrs 20 min

Total Travel Time: 11 hrs 0 min

Flying Aer Lingus from Denver shows up as $693/person from Denver using Orbitz, and that's actually gone down a bit since I looked last week. Others who booked right at the 330 day mark were quoting $450-$500-ish from JFK. What you found is in the ballpark.

Sounds like a good fare - still haven't bought - been using flycheapabroad - may end up on the Air India Flight on the 13th out of Newark to Paris - $ 465 pp

You might try calling Aer Lingus and booking directly with them. One of our folks reported it was cheaper than going through the travel sites.
