My future father-in-law is a preacher, and DF and I want him to officiate over our Disney wedding. Does anybody know what, if any, fees that his father might have to pay in Florida to be liscened to do so?

No fees! If he's an ordained official of a church, he can do it without any special process. We brought the pastor from DH's childhood church, and he didn't have to do anything but show up.
