Sure, we've done it lots of times. I can't sit on hotel toilets, so I bring my own of that as well. I'm thinking this year I may bring my own carpet too...I hate walking on hotel carpet.

As I recall, the one who shall not be named (TD) was the one kind of stalking and harassing the person afraid of animatronics.

Going back to the OP.

I don't know which is stranger, the OP or the people that think the OP is serious.

This brings up a painful memory for me...the first time I heard the term, "Parent Swap" - I thought it was a place where tired and frustrated parents could go and swap out their horribly, rotten children...and get new children who were behaved, appreciative and quiet. Sign me up!!!

Won't the carrying of the mattress up the stairs and into the room be more of a pain to OP's back!!! If her back is sooo bad she can't be carrying mattresses around and DH can't carry it alone

Me too. He had a real talent. Honestly, its a disservice to compare these other silly posters to TenderDonkey. The skill level isn't even close.
