Ok, yet again I'm coming you guys for help!
My bridesmaids are having to pay for so much, coming to Orlando, hotel rooms, hair, etc. So, I'm trying to keep costs down. What did/are you all doing for their jewelry? I've already gotten their gifts, so they will be picking up the tab on this one as well. Are your bridesmaids wearing identical jewelry, or is it up to them? I'm not too sure what is usually done.
Thanks for your help!

They matched but it was an after thought ….we got them all matching necklaces at the disney village...Just silly silver chains with mickey heads....you can kind of see them in the pictures if you look closely....Never thought they'd wear it again...but it looked cute the day of and the will always have it to remember the day

OMG so cute! I totally wish I would have done that...they would have rolled their eyes at me for sure, but your girls look SO CUTE with those neckaces! Had I had my head on straight, I would have thought of something like that...oh well.

My girls just wore diamond studs, no necklaces...

I make jewelry, in fact I've just made 3 necklaces tonight...I have to get them up online so you all can see...I certainly could have done that for the girls, too...

Wow, those are some great ideas! Thanks so much for sharing.
And I love the Mickey necklaces!! I'm pretty sure my girls would revolt though. None of them really understand my Disney obsession! :wizard:
Thank you for your help!!

It's been my experience that the bride almost always provides the bridesmaids' jewelry if she has something specific in mind (and it doesn't have to be pricey!), but maybe other brides can comment on that. Otherwise, the bridesmaids just get to wear whatever they want.

As a bridesmaid I've never been asked to pay for specific jewelry. I've been given cute, cheap jewelry to wear or I've worn something I already owned. Hope this helps!

Oh they would have revolted if the saw them before the rehearsal dinner...:rotfl: ...but they were good sports about the whole thing...All my girls grew up in living down the street from mickey so they all have a love hate relationship with the mouse….But as I was the first to get married…they all knew whatever I did they could get back at me when their time came

I'm letting mine wear existing jewelry. They both have White gold 3 stone diamond necklaces and both have white gold diamond earrings, so I've told them just to wear those - even though the earrings won't be the same.

Is there any place online where I can get those mickey necklaces. They look great in your pictures

It's not a Mickey necklace, but...I gave my Matron of Honor (my only bridesmaid) a silver necklace...it's a little charm of a blue bird on a chain. I gave it to her as a gift...something that she could wear at any time...and told her she didn't need to wear it during the wedding...but she wore it anyway.:cutie:

It looks huge in this picture, but it's really a tiny little charm. My matron of Honor is building a nursery for a little girl that she's adopting, and the theme of the nursery is "birds and bird nests" ...that's why I picked the bird charm for her.:)

I think arribas now has a website...but haven’t check to see what available online compared to what’s at the Disney village…
