Bride/Groom ears?

Ebay is definitely the way to go! i got my bride and groom hats for $10 total!!! and they have lots of mickey hats there too!

The cheapest way to get the bride ears and a pair of classic black mouse ears for the groom is to use WDW's or Disneyland's merchandise delivery service. That way you don't pay a marked up price - just the actual retail price plus shipping.

The groom ears didn't "glue" well (and we tried Duco, superglue and hotglue!).

Yeah, you really need to use Dap or Barge or another industrial-strength contact adhesive. It's kinda scary, but worth it!
