The law, as written, clearly states "A mother's breastfeeding of her baby does not under any circumstance violate this section." Completely naked + breastfeeding = not unlawful.
Right, so the act of breastfeeding makes being naked ok (in the eyes of the law).
Like I said, I don't think this is what was intended by those that wrote the law. But that is what the law says.
"A mother's breastfeeding of her baby does not under any circumstance violate this section." A mother is breastfeeding, the circumstance is naked. Therefore, not a violation of the section.
I just don't see it the way you're trying to say it.
It says "a mother's breastfeeding" (as in the act of breastfeeding), not "a mother breastfeeding" (as in the person who happens to be breastfeeding).
So it's says that the act of breastfeeding does not under any circumstance violate the law, not the person who is breastfeeding does not under any circumstance violate the law.
