The guy asked when I called if I knew what "package" I wanted to book - the shoot with the CD, the shoot with prints, I think that's all he said? I told him I preordered the CD (part of a share) and he said Oh, OK, and the bring the email.. etc. I guess there must be some package with a set number of prints you get. No idea how much that is. And I guess the "with the CD" one is the $200 one folks have referenced before I think.

Hmmmm!! interesting if you hear anything else please post!

I just called Photopass and had my CD purchase from November reset without problems. SO I am now good till June 30/09 and I have my 25.00 email for my photo shoot. The girl at the poly said if I have the paper work they will honor it. I guess time will tell

has anyone gotten thier picture taken recently, I really wanted to get our family pictures taken on our first day in Florida, but am concerned about the variable quality in the pictures taken. Is the photo session really worth $75 for 30 -40 minutes???

Just booked a photo session for May 9th at the Beach Club. I told the CM on the phone that I had the $25 pre-order offer and she said it was fine as long as I brought a printed copy of the email with me. No trouble at all! I hope everything goes as smoothly once we get there.

I think it is the same number for all the resorts. 407-824-1700. You can call up to 30 days in advance.

I'm not 100% sure, since I didn't try to do this. But when I got my card, they didn't say that you couldn't use it for that. When you do the photo shoot you pay for it in a store at the resort and I know that you can use your card in those stores...so that is why I would think you could use it.

I have some photos that are not new but I never posted them because I was unhappy at the time. There are some pretty dark ones. I decided I am ok with them so I will share a couple these were at the Poly Sept 08 last session of the day so it was getting dark. and there was wind so we have some wild hairdo's

we ended up with alot I believe it was 91 pictures maybe that was why they ended up dark because it took lots of time?

I may be in the minority, but I don't think the new prices are so bad. When I called sunday, the lady mentioned nothing about a "sitting" fee, but told me what the options were for purchasing pictures. $50 for a print package, $100 for the print package and CD of photoshoot pictures, or $200 for the print package and photo CD of both photoshoot pictures and photopass pictures from the parks. I know the photographers aren't professionals, but it would cost at least $200 to go to a professional studio to and get family pictures done with the rights and a CD of all the pictures. I tend to like the backdrop of the GF better than a plain colored screen too I would also assume that if we didn't like the pictures, we wouldn't have to buy anything since the lady said we could decide what we wanted after the shoot.

We did a photo shoot at the Polynesian on September 21, 2008. I'm going to finally try to post some of our photos. It was worth the $25, but I don't think I would pay the higher rate now. If this one works I will post more in another post.

May I ask when did you pre-purchase your photopass CD and book your private photoshoot to receive the $25 price by email? I read in other thread that they no longer email the $25 price fo private photoshoot anymo re. Isn't it true? Also can't order more than 60 days in advance becausethe pre-purchase photoCD code will be expired. Confused:
