What's ironic is that Heeney made the balloon to sell, make money off of and become famous. While yes, he's infamous now, other people are making & selling the balloon for Halloween.

I kind of doubt he's going to cry copyright infringement. He's already in enough trouble being attached to this balloon. Would he still want more publicity for it?
