I'm currently waiting at the optometrist.
My appointment was 10:30. When I called to check this morning they said 10:45. It's 11:00am and I'm still waiting........
Never met this one. My optometrist of many years died in a freak snorkelling accident recently
I don't need much. Just have reading glasses. Which I neglect to use.
But i need a check up.
We started going here when my brother was little as he had issues.

I know! I let her drive to the salon to give her a test driving in town on the morphine. She did OK and didn't seem to do anything silly, she seems OK on the motor skills, but she still says weird stuff.

I guess love means that sometimes you take your life into your loved ones hands! Otherwise we would have some really nasty arguments. I guess at her weight and pain threshold she did drive on morphine in the past. She is only taking one pill at a time instead of two. She does have a very high pain threshold.

My parents are ready to come down for Thanksgiving instead of us driving up as planned. The only thing is they may have to sell their house due to retirement, we had hoped to have a last Thanksgiving there. She wants to delay the decision until next week, but if she can't get into the passenger seat that means she would have to drive the whole six to eight hours up there. If she got tired, we'd have to just stop and let her sleep since she can't get in the other doors right now.

I guess that's the difference with an SUV?
I've always found the steering wheel mean it's always easier getting into the passenger side. You can push the seat back to give more clearance etc.

I hope you can get have dinner at your parents house. That would be nice. Really hoping Fran has improved more by then

I've just finished wrapping those goodies I posted pics of. They are packed in a mailer but I'm just debating if to pack a couple of magazines I got him.....
Postage is so expensive so I'll do weighing etc. Really irks me the cost. There is no way it costs that much
I don't mind sending these things at all. They are special. Nor most other things.
But it's deciding against something like the mags because per cost/size/weight books/mags are $$$

So tired...been doing laundry too. Ready for my nanna nap but I won't get one...

I feel so fortunate, we have several friends who are eye doctors. I have to get new glasses before next june. Mail prices are stupid. Do you have the boxes that are flat rate?

This is our Disneyland performance weekend. We have dinner at Club 33 tonight and then we play in Disneyland tomorrow.
