Hey Guys

This is the only forum that I think would remotely be related to the topic at hand. If I am in the wrong place, I apologize.

Over the past couple of months, my 2 year old DS has taken an extreme liking to Playhouse Disney's Bear In The Big Blue House. However, as of this morning I noticed that Playhouse Disney is actually airing a "Breakfast With Bear" program, which is different from the normal content. Does anybody know if this is just a brief change, or have they done away with the old format of the program completely?

I tried to use the Playhouse Disney Website to get an answer to this, and couldn't find that _or_ an email address to direct my inquiry to. Any information that can be provided will be greatly appreciated by me and my son.

Thanks,
Tico

There was a thread a couple weeks ago in which many of us were expressing disappointment in the summer Playhouse Disney line-up. Fingers are crossed that they'll go back to their "regular" showtimes when the kids go back to school.

In the meantime, Bear in the Big Blue House is still on at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. We've recorded about three weekends worth on our DVR.

Hope this helps,
Amy :)

Thanks for the responses so far. I didn't see the change the past two weeks because fortunately we were in Orlando, taking my DS for the first time :)

When we went to MGM with him and he saw "Playhouse Disney: Live On Stage" I have never seen a child so excited in my lifetime. I can honestly say the excitement in his eyes made me cry out of happiness for only the second time in my life. The other being the day he was born.

For Bear and all his friends to disappear would be a severe disappointment, after he just caught on.

Meanwhile, I did do a schedule search and it appears that they are going to be showing at least 2 regular episodes of Bear next Monday and Tuesday .. before reverting back to Breakfast With Bear. Here's hoping for more!
