I hope everyone is having a great Easter.
Matt had his tourney yesterday...we split the games...lost the first badly, then won the 2nd. They didn't play well. His coach wasn't happy with them.
We are waiting for Lilly to get here.
Then we will be heading to my mom and dad's. My brother and his family will be there. Lilly will love that. She loves playing with his girls. She got to see them Monday and Thursday already this week so she will just be in heaven to see them again.
We will also be celebrating my Dad's birthday.
Then we have to go to Blake's parent's house to do Easter and his sister's birthday which was the 1st. Let me tell you...her birthday on April Fool's is no accident

Nathan goes back to school today, I sure hope I don't forget to wake him up!
Michele:: It's hard to believe Nick will be getting his license soon. My niece turned 16 in November, but has to get so many driving hours in before actually getting her license.
I'll bet Miss Lilly enjoyed her Easter egg coloring; even if it did keep Bree on her toes. We didn't color eggs this year.......that's how much I enjoy it.

Hey all!! I am FINALLY feeling better, this past Saturday was the first day I felt like I was moving toward normal. Note to self: get the flu shot next year!! It was horrible. Darin had to have his kidney stone procedure done again today because they didn't see one last week so when he went for followup they found it on CT scan and Xray. Hoping for no more major catastrophes before the trip. I did have to cancel our first 2 days at POP because of Darin's work schedule but we'll be there for 7 days starting next Tuesday.

Linda the program I'm doing is Associates too, it doesn't make any difference around here and everyone starts out the same as far as salary. I think there a few things you can only do with a BSN like management positions and some specialities say they "prefer" a BSN but the field is wide open right now. I may go on and get one eventually too if I can get through the associates program, we'll just see!!
I'm having a a garage sale on Saturday to make some last minute cash for Disney, so if anyone is Knoxville this weekend swing by!!

Well it was back to school today. Dull, rainy, gray kind of day. Blah
We had a company come in to all the schools last week and replace all of the light fixtures with these new low energy things, that have a motion sensor so lights can't be left on now. Great, except when you walk into a room and the light goes on...it stays on for 30 minutes. Even if you were only in there for 30 seconds. And they give off a blueish white light. It is awful!! It seems like there is a haze in the room. It gives off a terrible glare and was giving everyone, including the kids, headaches. I started to get a migraine. One of the teachers has terrible migraines and had one all day. I hope we get used to it. Or this is going to be a long year.
I spent a long time last week scanning in pictures from old Disney trips. I just had to show everyone this pic that I found from our trip in 1994.

Michelle what a cute picture!!
Those lights in the classroom sound horrible!! I remember the grocery store on base had those kind of lights and they really messed with your eyes, everytime we went I got a headache (of course I ended up needing glasses anyway, but still). Hope that gets better because I can't imagine trying to concentrate when your head is pounding!
