We wants to dine at BOMA, however our evenings are all occupied. Since BOMA does not offer lunch, shall we go for a breakfast?

If the breakfast is nothing special, then we may not go...probably defer it to our next visit in 2007. Any comments?

Dh LOVES breakfast at Boma. I, on the other hand, enjoy it but do not place it near the top of my "to do list." (However, dinner at Boma is a "must do" for our upcoming trip.) Before I say much more, please let me qualify my response -- I'm not a big breakfast eater, so I never feel I get my money's worth from breakfast buffets. The food at Boma is great. The made-to-order omelets are fantastic! I really don't remember too many ususual dishes -- which is what I really like about dinner there.

Do not skip Boma at breakfast - it is perhaps the best breakfast we have had anywhere!!! If you are looking for a substitute for lunch then reserve a time toward the end of the breakfast serving (maybe around 10:30) and treat the meal as a brunch. We did that last April and did not need to eat again until late evening. Trust us - it is wonderful!

While we give the edge to breakfast at the Crystal Palace, DH and I find no fault with taking our morning repast at Boma. And if you elect to go, try the Frunch. Delightful.
Bon appetit,

Will they do eggs cooked to order? I prefer my eggs sunny side up :sunny:

We decided to try Boma during our last visist and loved it so much that it was one factor in deciding to stayi at the Animal Kingdom Lodge for part of our Honeymoon. We want to wake up and walk straight to Boma in the morning!

Oh my, breakfast there is SO good. Everything was wonderful and fresh. Their house juice that comes with the meal is spectacular too.

I love Boma so much I am bound and determined to do both a breakfast and dinner there.

I'm so glad to read this; I just added breakfast at Boma for our May trip. We're also going to have dinner there, and at Jiko. Might as well dine at all of the AKL restaurants while we're staying there this trip :sunny:

We had stayed at AKL 4 times and had never done breakfast at Bomas. We always did dinner, well this time we did both and it was teriffic. It beats the food at the Character Breakfast all to pieces and I am not a breakfast eater. The house juice was so good and the eggs and the omlet station was wonderful. It is a must, if there is another one that good I would like to know about it.

Our breakfast there was superior to our dinner experience in January.

Boma is tied with Fresh as our favorite WDW breakfast. I love the Breakfast Bobotie & the Frunch. The pork loin is pretty tasty too...

We have discussed having breakfast there both times we stayed, but we always feel so rushed to get to character meals at the parks in order to get in a little early that we never made it. I think we will plan one morning in on our next trip in order to enjoy the Boma breakfast. We LOVE their dinner.

I know what you mean about wanting to get right out to the parks. I booked breakfast at Boma for the same morning that we'll be going to the AK park. Breakfast at 7:45am, then the park opens at 9am that morning. Since AK park is so close to AKL, I don't think we'll feel in such a rush to get out the door :sunny:

Ok, now I want to do breakfast at Boma! We did dinner there in October, and I loved it! So. . .now I must find a way to work the breakfast in for a future trip! :teeth:
