As of now; not yet, however there are reports of some brunch type items being available ( waffles, eggs, etc). If you do an internet search you should find the reports.

They’re doing brunch now, but only added one item for adults and one for kids.

And to note, this is for table service / prix fixe. There are no signs they're bringing back the QS breakfast.

Likely, one of the reasons they eliminated the regular breakfast menu was to avoid people trying to 'game' the park opening time by makin a very early breakfast reservation just so they could be at that far end of the park before everyone else. Seems to me they shouldn't allow those having breakfast (IF it ever returns) park access until the official park opening time.
