Breakfast ADR and fastpass selections

We are staying at POP and have reservations at Kona for 10:50. We plan to spend that day at MK how should I plan our fastpass+ selections? Should they all be for after 12pm?

Personally, I would book for the first FP+ being at 1PM - that gives you time to get to the restaruant, seated, order, get your meal, pay, wait for and get on a bus to MK and then the possibility of a line to get in.
