Brawl at Test Track-Epcot

Oh my! Between the three women they lost shoes, one big Goofy hat, a cell phone and one had the top of her dress pulled down.

Did anyone notice the guy on the upper level dressed in a t-shirt, not the CM in uniform. He appeared to put his hand on the woman to make her leave. Do you think he was with security? He looked to be more involved than a casual bystander.

No. I'll have to watch it again. I did notice the lady in the blue dress who, like a ninja, reached in there and grabbed the brolly away from the insane Mary Poppins cosplayer.

Watched it again. Nah, that guy isn't security. If he was he would have been a lot more involved. He probably is just someone who has had some leadership/management training and/or military/police experience.

I saw Kathy post it this afternoon. Those two kids had their whole vacation ruined. The internets are saying they were escorted off property with a lifetime ban.
There is also talk that the CM may be fired for trying to restrain the teenager.
Who does that? Who is so classless they treat Disney like the neighborhood Walmart?!

A CM Spokesperson said nobody was asked to leave the park. That was today that was announced. I cannot believe that nobody was asked to leave. :headache:

A Walt Disney World spokeswoman told WFTV that no park guests were arrested or forced to leave the theme park. Why weren't made to leave? How scary that must have been for the small kids that had to see that.
The children did not seem phased by it. My guess is that they have seen their mother act this way before. :( Very sad.

Her poor children. The slightly older boy shielded the baby (3 or 4 yrs old at the most) and pulled him out of the way. The baby could have gotten trampeled on or hit during the whole mess.
So sad for those kids. Makes me concerned that they have witnessed this type of violence before.
That isn't a boy. That's a girl in the white shirt. The younger daughter. Probably 8 or 9 I'd guess.

Probably something to do with "company policy" if that cast member (I didn't abbreviate, oh the horror!) gets fired and that would be garbage, so allow the teenager to get in cheap shots while they wait for "authorized" WDW cast members to arrive, BS.......If I'm there as a guest I ain't stepping in and risk getting thrown out

Disney has cameras everywhere. You cannot so much as pick your nose or "your seat" without Disney knowing about it. I am a pretty passive person and I am not aggressive at all, but I would have jumped into defense of the woman being hit by an umbrella. There were two or 3 on one. That was assault. I don't know what she did, but hitting was too far. The one who got violent should have been hauled off to jail.

Yeap. And the daughter didn't hesitate to start smacking the lady with closed fists on her head.

They are not new to violent confrontations, I'm quite certain of that. Their reactions and behaviours reveal their true nature.

The two younger kids are the only ones I feel sorry for in this entire situation. The look of bewilderment (and dismay/embarrassment in the younger daughter's face) is just...sad.

People in line got a free show. One thing for which Disney couldn't charge $$$$. I can't believe how that mother ( I think she was the mother)was acting. Lady, be a role model for goodness sakes.
Bet a lawsuit is coming.

She was being a role model. Showing her children how to "keep it real".

That said, yes, I suspect there will be a lawsuit, due to the way that the CM handled the teenage girl. They will likely claim that he "body slammed" her against the railing, and use this exact video as proof. And, the CM will likely be disciplined for that action (and he should be, he shouldn't have touched the girl, not in today's society).

I mean, heck, we live in a world where people sue Disney because they don't feel their kid got enough attention from a costume character and as a result the character is "racist", or the incident where two snotty little girls yanked the white rabbits tail and he (shame on him) broke character...yeah, apparently that's his fault, not the Dad video recording the whole thing and snickering like it's hilarious that his daughters are behaving so poorly.

It is just sad.

I noticed him but I think if he was security he would have been over the rail in between them.

You're joking right? You think the better move for him was to just stand by, eat some popcorn, and let her attack someone? He didn't body slam anyone. He was trying to restrain her and she wasn't having it. She body slammed herself against the railing.

What a sad situation..what was the CM to do?? he does not get paid enough to put up with that..and let me tell you if I was on a jury and they tried to sue I would shut them down fast..If they were line jumping the other people should of yelled for the CM you don't take matters into your own hands and attack people..and in front of your kids with one of your children..I understand the frustration standing in those lines, we waited two yours and let me tell you they would let 4-6 people in from the stand by line in and like 200-300 fast pass..It was very frustrating but I would of never ever acted that way to anyone, we stood nice and polite and just chanted in our heads never again without a fast pass..:) They should of been kicked out and if they were not shame on Disney you don't want these types of people back in the park..

Dirtbags.

I really dislike people like that, especially when they're surrounded by children. The Test Track line is not a freaking club. Control yourself.

HOWEVER... It was HILARIOUS to me that the one chick was wearing a Goofy hat.
