There would be no basis for a wrongful termination claim under these circumstances. He, and his attorney, would be quickly sent on their way.
You're kidding right? People sue over hot coffee, not enough character time, being "disrespected"...The kind of people who act like this at the Happiest Place On Earth would very likely sue for his "aggression" and "unwanted touching".Don't mean to hijack the thread on a legal matter but what possible case could come from the CM touching the girl? For restraining her?

So you think his firing is ok?I don't doubt there will be legal filings from this incident, but none of them will involve wrongful termination.

I on;y ask you because you keep saying there is no case for wrongful termination, which leads me to think you think his termination is warranted. I was just asking if I was reading you rightI'm not sure what the company policy is in the parks in regards to these types of incidents and the cast members actions, so I really can't offer an opinion as to whether he should be fired or not. Heck, I don't think it's even been determined that he's been fired, but that doesn't seem to stop this train either.

If he does get fired, I would strongly encourage him to consult with an attorney about possible grounds for wrongful termination.
i watched the video several times and it is really hard to see who threw the first hit. To me, it looks like the girl in the goofy hat has her hands in the white girl's face. I can't tell if she touch the white girl or not. Then I see an umbrella whacking away. Again, I can't see if the white girl threw the first punch or not. It looks like the umbrella was used as the first hit, but then again it is really hard to tell.
Or the trailer parkKeep that nonsense in the ghetto!
