I was wondering what you thought about online check in and room requests. Would it be better to do regular check in if you have a room request ?
(You cannot make specific room requests with online checkin?)


I'm thinking it might be a good idea to use online checkin if you are checking in later in the day or evening.

Has anyone tried the spa? Do you know their prices, etc? Was it good? We're thinking of a mother/daughter facial & massage.

Also, can anyone tell me how long it takes to get to DTD from CSR?

Hi; I get a massage every year at the CSR. I get the 50 minute aromatherapy massage. I get it midway through the trip and I always feel refreshed for the end of the trip.

However, they are two separate rooms for the massages, not like the GF Spa where you can be in the same room. I am posting the link for the massage and facials:

Deb, I would start a new thread (others have done so with recent stays at other resorts). I think it is okay to do it that way now that things are back in order.

I got to deliver the express checkouts and magical express vouchers to Ranchos 7A and 7B this morning.
The construction guys and gals are really moving along on the rooms in 6B. The rooms look like they are about 1/2 way done. Yay! They should be done by the end of this week or the begining of the next.

In other news, it's less than 2 months until my vacation begins. I'll be going to Disney World and am staying at Coronado Springs with Mom and Dad. We may also go to Kennedy Space Center and I'm attempting to talk them into going to Universal or maybe SeaWorld.

Thanks for the information. I'll send it on to dh, but ultimately he'll stay wherever they put him. After a year in Afghanistan he won't be too picky as long as there are indoor, Western-style toilets, showers with hot and cold water, and food that tastes well, like food.

We're really looking forward to this vacation.

I love your attitude! But I hope they give you a rehabbed room and a great location. But, I know, that just being together as a family on vacation that you will have a great time no matter which section they put you in. Be sure you have your kids at the pool one morning a little before opening to help with the opening ceremony--my boys always loved it.

Well according to the training that I did on the online check in, you can make room requests.
If you do the online check in and don't get a room where you want it, it's quite easy to change you into a room that you would like as long as it's available.

I work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Mondays nights at 10 pm. I'm still doing the graveyard shift.
It's easier to come say "hi" on Sunday or Monday nights, because Friday and Saturdays nights I am working the in the back office.
