The CSR will NOT be offering the Club Level rooms to resort guests. They will only be offered to the Convention guests. They decided that it wasn't financially feasible to offer to regular resort guests.

We'll be staying at CSR for the third time this July, this time I booked a Water View room because it was all they had available. We were in the Ranchos on our last trip and although it disappointed me at first we ended up loving that location so that's what we're going to request for this trip. Am I correct in guessing that 7B would be the only building with water-view rooms because of the quiet pool ? Also, what are the chances the rooms in 7B will be refurbished by July ?
We really want to try a new room this time but I don't see how Ranchos 6A or 6B can be water view... not a puddle in sight when we were there

Maybe if you keep checking, a std view will open between now and then? We do that all the time and have always been able to change to the view we hoped for.
We're those guests who like to book a water view and then request a view of the lake, we are usually waiting for a water view to open.

We just put on our fax:

We are arriving on ________ for our much anticipated stay at the CSR. We would like to request that we be assigned a room in Casitas 4 or 5 if at all possible.

I can't say whether 7B will be ready or not. I know that 6A and 6B are now completed and the plan was to then move to Casitas 5. However, all rehab is on hold while they prepare and host the Children's Miracle Network convention. You could always request 7B and if it is not open or not rehabbed, you could ask if you could be moved to a rehabbed room. And, if I hear more prior to July, I will certainly post (or JamesLynn will).

Thank you both We're going to keep checking to see if a standard room opens up but if it doesn't, and if we don't get a new room, we'll still have a great time at CSR. I'll keep my fingers crossed for 7B to be ready in three months though

I have a question. We have two rooms (one with 2 queens and one with a king). We would like to be in the Ranchos. Before we fax our request in, does anyone now if there are connecting rooms with our desired room set up in the Ranchos? If not, what would you suggest? Thanks...

That I do not know...especially with the total rehab. Hopefully, JamesLynn, one of the CM's will be on in the next day or two and can answer this one for you.
