Does anyone know how much the laundry facilities cost?

We have a little one and just incase we need to wash something to prevent stains.

$2 for wash & $2 for the dryer. Washing powder & softener is $1.

Thanks Janet, for the quick response. Not to horribly bad, since we are driving we can bring our own soap.

The dryers work pretty good too, a full load of jeans dried in one cycle :thumbsup2

I just wanted to post to let you know how things went. Online check-in was very smooth. I walked in and they had two people working at the online check-in counter. I was walking away from the desk to my room within 5 minutes. We also got one of the buildings that we requested.

What we did was called and had the room request added to our reservation and then 3 days before we arrived we faxed in our request CSR.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info, Emily. This will be very helpful to those who want to use the online check-in. :)

Things are changing fast. When we checked in on 3-1 there was no special place to go when we checked in. They just took us at the 'normal' desk. Our check in was very fast as well!:thumbsup2

Are you sure it was "being smart" on vacation or was it from laying in "my" hammock with one of these: :drinking1 or two of these :drinking1

Well.... I may have been lying on MY hammock with one of those :goodvibes .

We checked in on the 4th & it was there :upsidedow

thank you all for the info on the hair dryers! I was dreading having to bring my own (and risk that precious suitcase space) because my hair is thick as all outdoors and needs to be fully blown dry or it will turn into one big ball of wet frizz in the humidity (not pretty)

thanks again....44 days and counting!!

Thanks for all the feedback on the online check-in. It really helps. For those of you who made room requests , did you check-in at the 10 day mark or closer to your arrival.

Thanks again. :)

:goodvibes I'm really excited-we just booked for a quick weekend Getaway, I'm a huge fan of the Epcot Flower Festival, and we chose POR, but after researching mod resorts, I found this thread, I called and changed resorts. I thin kthe pool will be great for the kids, and I really wanna try the Maya Grill. I'm soo excited. thanks for all the great posted info and super fun pics.:goodvibes

Glad to hear it. Be sure to go up to the Resort Photo Forum as well and look at the threads: I would love to see pictures of the CSR and also Dig Site Pool pictures...lots of them there.

We will be at the Coronado Springs soon and will be on the Quick Service Dining Plan. This is our first stay at this resort and the first time we have used this particular dining plan. I have read that Pepper Market does not charge the 10% fee for folks on dining plans, however I want to ensure that the Cast Members are compensated somehow. I would not want someone to not get the 10% fee that they typically receive- does Disney cover this directly with the cast member?

Thanks

Just got back from CSR a few days ago. I have to say I finally fell in love with this resort and do not care to stay anywhere else. Loved the Pepper Market, Loved the new rooms, loved eating dinner by the lake every night. Loved, Loved, Loved it!

Our first night we were in Casitas 3 first floor that had the old style room. Next day I checked in for our package and we had to change rooms and got Ranchos 6a first floor. That floor had just been redone, I could still smell the paint in my room. All of the cm's were so nice, especially when I lost my ds taking the bags to the car for our room change.:scared1: The bellman that was helping me jumped in his cart and drove around until he found my ds 2 buildings away taking pictures.
