So the title pretty much says it all. My brother is going to be joining me for a few days when I'm down at Disney next week and the week after next. He has two hopper passes that both have one day left on them and for the life of me (here comes the brain cramp part) I can't think of what the minimum number of days that you can add back on to the hopper. I thought that if there was one day left, the minimum that you could do was three, thus brining it back up to a 4 day. But somone told me that you could do two and that Disney would just pro-rate the price. Help! Anyone know?

You can't "add on" any days. You can only upgrade the ticket to another one that Disney sells. The smallest you can get is a 4 day park hopper. Your brother can apply the dollar value of the unused park admission from one of the old tickets to the upgrade. Disney only allows one old ticket to be used to a new one.

"Add on", "upgrade".... kind of the same thing. But thank you for the help. He has one ticket and his girlfriend has the other one.

Another question, along the same lines, but slightly different:

From what I understand, they count the number of days left on your pass, and credit those back to you, but they don't give you any credit for unused "Plus" features. Is this correct?

If so, does this mean that we could theoretically buy a 7 Day PHP, use the 4 Plus options and 3 days in the park, and then turn it in for another 7 Day PHP pass and get the same credit as someone who had used 3 days in the Parks and no plus options?

That's correct on both counts. The person who had used none of their plus options would have lost them doing the upgrade. If they upgraded to a new 7 day PHP, the new pass would have 4 plus options on it, not 8.
