To me it's eh, no big deal. However, I've been in some schools were there are no doors on the stalls in the girls bathroom and that could have been a huge problem!
Where the heck do you live?????? I would NEVER use a public restroom anywhere that required me to sit on a toilet in a stall without a door. Can't say that I know anyone who would! Womens/girls bathrooms are generally designed with a females desire for privacy in mind and a school bathroom would be no different. Women/girls are not like men.....they don't like to let it all hang out in front of strangers. The only place I'm aware that women need to take care of their toileting needs out in the open for all to see would be in jail!
Sorry, that's using an extreme and unlikely example to back up a point of view

Frankly, I'm in the "it's a victimless prank' camp. My daughter is in middle school and I can't say I'd be 'upset' if this were to have happened at their school; and neither would she. Of course, she probably got her level head from her mother
