Ummm , not to be snooty or anything, but I thought we were changing "queen of the cougars" to "princess of the cougars"? Not to be snooty, but I kinda like being the "cougar queen". Though I could be convinced to give up my crown at the end of the cruise - with some persuasion. Rum Runners, Daquaris, pina coladas, daquaris mixed with pina coladas, strawberry margaritas (frozen), konk coolers, etc are tempting treats - just not all at one time

Krisann, if you like, I can give you the park map from our last visit to Disneyland Paris (it has both Disneyland Park and the Walt Disney Studios)

The map can help you identify which rides and attractions are different than at the U.S. parks, so you can make the best use of your time.

There is also a free download called "CutePDF Writer". It acts just like an installed printer but instead of a hard copy print it makes it into a PDF file to save. Great program that I use all the time.

I had the same problem but with AT&T an my blackberry. Then I went to the store to upgrade phones (contract was up anyway) the guy at the store said it is cheaper to just buy a throw away phone when I get there than pay the monthly fee and the per minute fee for international..

Ohhh had not thought about that but you have to have internet on the phone I think or do you? That is extra - will have to go by verizon today and see what my options are. My kids have phones that will work but we do not have internet on their phones - one more thing to add to my to do list

I was talking with a friend of mine who is of Spanish heritage (maternal grandparents). Anyway, she gave me the following warning:

When you go into a shop, you need to say "buenas dias/tardes/noches" as soon as you enter. Otherwise, you are being rude. She said that some shop owners will kick you out of the shop if you don't say good morning/afternoon/evening.

Now a true tourist souvenier shop might not do this, but better to be on the safe side.

I think I remember reading something about the fact that you should not run or jog on deck, maybe several hundred pages back, and I can't remember why...was it something to do with the instability of a rocking boat, potential for injury, etc?? Is there a treadmill in the gym, and if so, is it safe to run on that? Thanks in advance for your replies....see you all soon!!

There will be a lot of people running on deck 4 and on the treadmills.

Cougar item sighting: H&M has cute cougar luggage tags for sale right now for $4.99. Saw them and thought of the cougars on this board. Still wondering who the cougars will be checking out. We didn't have any eye candy on board on the WB PC.

My girls woke up so excited today knowing that we are leaving in 1 week. My 3 year old kept saying "1 day! 1 day! 1 day!"

I still need to buy good travel books. What do you recommend/like?

My IT guy tried something like that but those free downloads don't compress large files which is what I needed. But he finally got me one so I can work on what I need.

Needed to come in for some Disboard therapy. Another rough day at work. I have switched my background on the computer to a picture of the ship. That way when I want to scream I just look at that and say, good or bad we will be on that ship next week!!!

Hi all we have began our journey to Orlando We flew into Dublin today from Scotland and are having a great Easter friday before our flight tomorrow at 12pm. The kids are so excited and we will be spending most of next week going between Disney and Universal before the really big day on the 10th see ya all soon .......oh did i forget to say my wife and i are also a little excited.

Status....Hair is dyed. Packing is started. "To Do" list is written (some things can't be done yet, but need to be remembered). Transportation to airport is confirmed.

Monday is the day to hit it hard. Tomorrow, sing at funeral of a "choir sister." Sunday....yeah, Sunday....MANY services to sing. Can't even cut out of last one early as we sing at beginning and end. Ah well, it's only once a year.


Person who needs to change dinner seatings for one night due to excursion--talk to head server. They can probably arrange it by seating you at the spot of someone who is going to Palo that evening. It probably won't be with your regular servers, and might not even be in the same dining room...but they'll fix you up.
