You can book the bounce back online now. I booked one for this year but fully intend to modify it online for 2026 when those dates come out.

I'd book something now, who knows if they will allow you to book a 2026 BB if it's more than the 7 day out limit. Do the rooms only package for now so you only have to put down a $200 deposit. You can always cancel, just make sure it's 31 days out - I like the extra day buffer!

Oh sorry for the confusion. I'm here now till the 20th so the 27th is my last bookable day this trip. I will be booking something before then. It will be a room only at a value resort. Just hoping 2026 dates come out before then. If not I will definitely be booking something before the 27th so I can change to next year. I have an October trip also so I will have another opportunity to book something for next year. But thanks for the advice I appreciate it. Love this thread. Everyone's advice and info is so helpful.

Breaking…..New 2026 dates coming soon??????? I looked at the place holder reservations I made last week, as I do most days. When I went to change dates option, the calendar shows dates until October 29, 2026. But if I try to actually click specific dates, I get Donald & a Had To Duck Out message. As of yesterday, only 2025 dates were still showing.

Now Donald is gone & I’m getting dates in 2026, but no rooms showing as available. The whole calendar is showing, not specific weeks. I don’t think that’s right for BB, but at least maybe they’re working on it?

Well @focusondisney I am leaving Disney today and just booked another BB for this year. I did ask if she heard anything about 2026 dates and she said no. I was hoping I wouldn't have to book another one for this year. I do have till the 27th but had time now so just called today. I do plan on changing to 2026 whenever Disney gets around to opening up the dates for 2026. Like many I will be following this thread daily.

I had a bounceback for the Poly in July and we decided to cruise on the Magic instead. I still wanted one day from the original booking for the night after the cruise. They were able to modify it down to one day which was nice since it wouldn't let me do it online. I figured I'd have to change resorts.

Will do. If I get a chance before the 27th I may call again just to see if I get a more forthcoming CM. LOL. This CM was fine she was more interested in selling me things I don't want though. No interest in 2026 dates like I was. And I did mention it a few times. LOL. Oh well.

Just made a 2025 bounceback reservation in hope that we can apply to new 2026 bouncebacks if they are released. It is our checkout day so we do have a week to still be eligible to book. Yes you only have until 5/27 to book a bounce back. Book something for 2025 dates. Pay the 200 and then move the dates to 2026 when they become available

$200 if you want a package; 1 night’s rate if you want room only.

I just got home on the 19th. Called today to book a bounce back. Will change it when 2026 is available as well! Heading back on June 1st with my DD and hoping to see 2026 dates in the room!!

Thanks for the updates! So what is the best way to modify an existing reservation once the new dates are released? Should we go to my disney experience and select "change reservation" or call in?

You should be able to do it yourself. From past reports, once a CM changes any reservation, you’ll lose the ability to change it online yourself & will always have to call.

I’m not sure this is true. Before this last trip, a CM added a separate reservation for me with an additional day because they couldn’t add the day on to my initial reservation. On the new 1 day reservation I could immediately modify or cancel online, but I couldn’t not with my initial one (that was booked before they did the online option).

Some of you have mentioned booking ticketless packages with the BB offer and a $200 deposit. How are you doing that yourselves online? My only option online is to do the room only with one night's deposit. I don't generally mind putting up the one night deposit because it reduces my balance due closer to the trip, but in this case I'm trying to stack up reservations while I'm still eligible, intending to convert them to 2026 dates as soon as they drop. I'd rather just put down $200 for something so far in the future but don't want to call in. Plus every time I call in for BB help, I end up with a reservation that I can't modify myself. (Despite reports by others to the contrary.)

You can't book a basic package online. You must call to book this type of package.
